I’m pleased to see that you’re using a closed system of aquaculture. In British Columbia, where I live, we are having problems with salmon fish farms that are penned enclosures open to the sea.

We are very concerned with ethics and discovering “values” as it relates to eating clean foods and protecting the environment, ya know, “going green”.
