You touched on this ... I am  particularly conscious and aware of any aches or pains an elderly person may be experiencing.  Pain will be the major enemy to getting a good interview.  If I am aware of a physical ailment, I might ask or inquire what could be done to help to alleviate that pain.  For example, would extra pillows  or a hassock under the feet be a plus?  I also ask the person when is their best time of day.  Some elderly folks don&#039;t feel as well in the morning as they do in the afternoon. Just a thought...]]></description>
